An Innovative and Impactful Way to Invest in YOUR Community

We worked with business leaders from around the country to create a community Leadership program that brings your employees and coworkers together with the next generation of giver to better your community, maximize social good, and help build your brand.

If you are a company, community or business leader who wants to make a difference in your community we invite you to apply to be part of our community Leadership program.

The success of my business is all about networking, community engagement and my reputation within the community. In order to succeed, I have to demonstrate to potential clients that I truly care about their success and that’ I’m part of their community. Doing4others.org has provided me with the opportunity to do just that. Through my engagement with doing4others.org and specifically my work with HSMSE I’ve had the opportunity to be seen as a community leader, gained exposure to hundreds of student and more importantly their parents, aunts, uncles grandparents, and family friends and grown my standing in the community.

Having grown up as an underrepresented minority from a working-class family giving the next generation of business leaders from that background the opportunity to succeed is personal to me. Doing4others.org allows me to engage students from those populations and their program is perfectly designed to help their long-term success.

Being a part of the community partner program at doing4others has exceeded my expectations in every way. Through my work with the Community Leadership Program, I have had the opportunity to work at the intersection of youth, volunteerism and social good.

My sponsorship of the Urban Academy High school, inspired the students at Urban Academy High School to volunteer over 4000 hours and contribute to causes they are passionate about. The students made their community a better to place to live and gained leadership skills and empathy. On a professional level, our sponsorship d helped my firm establish itself as a community leader with target constituency. Not only did we reach the students but also their friends and family as well who our commitment to the social good. I can’t think of a better way to help our community and build our business at the same time.
